High-end private hotel and conference center called Deloitte University. Closed to the public.

1,400 hotel rooms - all single occupancy, no suites.

What You Will Have An Opportunity To Do

Basic Function: The Badging Agent position is responsible for the accurate and efficient production and assembly of name badges for all event guests, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. The individual collaborates closely with Meeting Planners and Event Managers to address and resolve any badging inquiries.

• Status: Full Time
• Availability: 1st/mid-shift, weekend availability
• Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Location: Benchmark Hospitality at Deloitte University Hotel & Conference Center

Essential Functions

• Accurately and efficiently print and assemble name badges for all guests.
• Effectively communicate to Meeting Planners and Event Managers when badging questions arise. Connect with Front Office leadership as needed.
• Run various reports and produce routine critical analytics. Resolve reporting issues.
• Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks and assignments to meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Assist with checking guests in and collecting and distributed guest luggage.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications:

• Strong Administration skills required.
• Strong computer skills. Highly proficient in Microsoft products; Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint. Microsoft Teams experience is desirable.
• Valid Texas Driver's License with good driving record preferred.
