Recruiter (Remote)

Shift:

Monday to Friday

9am to 5pm (Remote)

• You are an HR professional with excellent communications skills both written and oral
  


• Your education/work history reflects experience and knowledge in staffing and recruitment
  


• You are punctual, reliable and have a sense of urgency
  


• You believe that the customer comes first and excel at building relationships
  


• You assess applicants to determine the right fit and can coach and guide along the way
  


• You are "on the same page" as your clients and can understand their challenges
  


• You can make a high volume of outbound calls to confirm placements
  


• You are a staffing expert and can plan out daily shifts/schedules
  


• You look to "problem solve" rather than "problem share"
  


• You stay connected with HR, social media and talent attracting platforms
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• You have reliable transportation to travel between offices/sites
  


• You have at least 2 years experience working with an recruitment agency handling temporary employees
  


• You are ok with being on call and working weekends
  

Experience level: 2 years

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
  


• Monday to Friday
  


• On call
  


• Weekend availability
