Overview

Assists with executing marketing plans.

Responsibilities

Assists with the execution of marketing plans.
• Prepares for and conducts appointments, meetings and tours with prospective residents, families and referral sources.
• Monitors and maintains social media sites and monitors community's reputation online.
• Assists with planning all marketing events, including open houses, community classes, health fairs, special events and community outreach activities, etc.
• Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice by bringing the Mission and Core Values into the day-to-day activities of the company.
• Performs other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, advertising, journalism or related business field

QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED

• Education or certificates in marketing, sales, communications, advertising or related business field
• Sales/marketing experience

Additional Information

0.8 FTE, 64 hours/2 weeks

This position will oversee marketing across all business lines (Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Memory Care, CNA/CPR Training Center, Therapy, Recruitment, and Foundation) and support the comprehensive sales process including, but not limited to, outreach, engagement, and facility tours. This role requires the flexibility to attend events after normal working hours.
