Sales Manager – Fire Protection Services Location: Stockbridge, GA Company: Patriot Fire Protection, Inc. Patriot Fire Protection, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. This is a key leadership role responsible for coaching, managing, and driving the performance of our sales team while personally contributing to the sales effort. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of fire protection sales professionals. Set and manage sales goals, ensuring team accountability to achieve revenue targets. Personally achieve assigned sales targets through a combination of cold calling, prospecting, strategic planning, and relationship development. Actively participate in client development, relationship management, and closing key opportunities. Provide ongoing sales training and mentoring to improve team performance. Collaborate with company leadership to develop strategic sales plans and market expansion efforts. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports. Represent Patriot Fire Protection with professionalism and integrity in the marketplace. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience successfully leading and managing a sales team. Fire protection industry sales experience is highly preferred. Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop sales talent. Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
