Market hiring Range: $16.30-16.45 Hiring Manager: Devan Accardo The Post-Production Supervisor oversees all phases of post-production for a variety of internal and external media projects. This role requires both creative and technical expertise, balancing hands-on editing with leadership and training responsibilities. The supervisor will assign additional workflows, guide trainees through the post-production process, lead workshops to build team proficiency, and ensure that all deliverables meet the visual, narrative, and technical standards set by the client and creative team. Key Responsibilities Oversee every stage of post-production for video projects, from beginning to final delivery. Edit internal and external productions to maintain a consistent quality. Assign editing tasks and provide clear feedback to other post-production staff and trainees. Develop and lead workshops. Collaborate with creative leads, producers, and other departments to ensure all deliverables align with project goals. Attend weekly Pro Unit meetings to stay informed about upcoming projects and discuss editing assignments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
