We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Clerk to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will assist with vehicle inventory processing, accounting support, and title/licensing documentation while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all dealership transactions. - Stock in used purchase vehicles
- Process dealer trades, including:
- Cutting checks
- Receipting checks
- Billing transactions
- Bill out wholesale deals and receipt payments
- Check in MSOs and vehicle titles
- Process tax forms and related documentation
- Handle intercompany transfers
- Maintain schedules and records
- Assist the License and Title Department as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of paperwork
- Maintain organized and accurate dealership records
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic accounting and clerical knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with dealership management systems is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable with the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively
