File Clerk - Litigation & Real Estate

Position Overview We are a firm that values high standards of performance and success. This File Clerk position is based in our Orlando office and serves as an entry‑level stepping stone for individuals interested in a legal career, such as paralegal, legal assistant, or other ancillary roles. Key Responsibilities Use detailed guidelines to name, categorize, organize, and file large volumes of electronic documents in the Data Management System in a timely manner. Organize and maintain physical and electronic documents, creating appropriate RFID labels for off‑site storage and retrieval of physical files. Accurately place paper documents in correct folders, file drawers, and file systems. Maintain and update file organization systems. Assist with special projects and additional duties, including logistics of real‑estate closings, as assigned. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in an administrative field (college degree not required). Accurate computer typing skills. Excellent time‑management, written, and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 70 pounds. Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (earned or pending) preferred.
