Work Environment\nWorking at Wholesome Wellness Tranquil Counseling means engaging in a supportive remote work culture that prioritizes flexibility and work-life balance. You will collaborate with a team of mental health experts during standard business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured yet adaptable working environment. Utilizing our telehealth platform, you will provide consultations and therapy sessions via a secure online interface that fosters a seamless and effective therapeutic experience.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, evaluating the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms to tailor effective treatment strategies. \n
- Collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients, addressing their specific needs, aspirations, and therapeutic goals. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapy techniques, primarily focusing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting these methods to suit clients' unique experiences. \n
- Educate clients and families about mood disorders, including providing insights into treatment options and self-care strategies to empower them on their wellness journey. \n
- Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes. \n
- Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and other medical professionals, facilitating integrated care that meets all aspects of the client’s mental health needs. \n
- Stay informed of current research and innovations in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance the therapeutic approaches utilized in practice. \n
- Maintain clear, accurate, and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards. \n
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development to refine skills and share knowledge across the team. \n
- Actively advocate for clients within and beyond our practice, helping to de-stigmatize mood disorders and promote understanding and support for mental health concerns. \n
Your primary focus will be on individuals experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Your role will involve developing therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds and fostering their progress toward improved mental health. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding them through their unique challenges and helping them achieve personal growth.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n
- A current and valid license in the state as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT. \n
- Proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities, especially CBT and DBT, with a strong emphasis on implementing these techniques effectively. \n
- A solid understanding of psychopharmacology, enabling effective collaboration with psychiatrists regarding client treatment plans. \n
- A proven record of achieving positive outcomes in the treatment of mood disorders, showcasing your capability and commitment to mental health care. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with and support clients from various cultural and social backgrounds. \n

- Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling. \n
- Experience working in a telehealth setting is preferred but not mandatory. \n
- A background in multi-disciplinary treatment planning and case management for mood disorders is advantageous. \n

- Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on experience and qualifications. \n
