Year 1 on-target earnings between $100,000-$110,000 with ability to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses! Year 2 on-target earnings between $110,00-$130,000. Base Salary: $60,000 Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~$3,250/year Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200/year Parking & tolls: up to $300/year Gas reimbursement (activity-based): ~$2,500/year Total first-year fixed compensation (base + fixed allowances) is approximately $67K+, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside.
