UnityPoint Health - Sioux City provides coordinated clinic, hospital and home-based care for patients in Sioux City and the surrounding Siouxland area. UnityPoint Health - Sioux City offers a full range of services and programs that includes a state-of-the-art surgical center, 24/7 cardiovascular care, and Level III emergency department. In addition, UnityPoint Health - Sioux City is also home to St. Luke’s College which provides high-quality, health system-based education to individuals looking for careers in health care.

Responsibilities

• Blended team of Anesthesia physicians and CRNA

• Diverse Case mix including neurosurgery, vasccular, general surgery, OB/GYN and Urology

• Two loations and credentialing at both sites-UPH St. Lukes downtown and UPH

• Downtown location-Vascular hybrid room, Cardiac and trauma

• North Mercy -OB and Pediatric patients.

• CRNA's onsite 24/7 and

• Robtics availbae at both sites

• Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

• Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve

• Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Anesthesia for Nurses

• Board eligible or board certified

• Complies with criteria for recertification

• Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa

• Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice

• BLS, ACLS, PALS required

• Eligible to work in the United States
