We are looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and helping homeowners make informed decisions about their comfort systems. Schedule:

• Monday-Friday
• 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
• Occasional overtime
• Rotational on-call schedule

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Complete preventative maintenance and system evaluations
• Identify electrical, mechanical, and airflow issues
• Explain repair options clearly and professionally to homeowners
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Provide a clean, respectful, and customer-focused experience on every call

Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years of residential HVAC service experience required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
• Commitment to safe, high-quality workmanship

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 70+ lbs when needed
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and other residential environments
• Ability to work in changing temperatures and weather conditions
• Ability to safely climb step and extension ladders
