Job Description Job Title: Warehouse Lead Location: Fargo, ND Compensation: $19.00-$20.00 per hour - paid weekly Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday Job Type: Temp | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Warehouse Lead workers for a logistics and rail operations company in Fargo, ND. What You'll Do as a Warehouse Lead: Lead and support a crew of 4-5 employees during railcar unloading operations Inspect railcars for damage, defects, and safety concerns Load and unload freight while following company procedures and safety regulations Connect and disconnect railcars, including couplers, air hoses, and hand brakes Assist with railcar movement and switching operations as needed Conduct safety inspections and report maintenance or repair concerns Maintain accurate operational records and documentation What You Need to Bring to the Warehouse Lead Role: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Previous warehouse experience preferred (1+ year) Previous sit-down forklift experience preferred (1+ year) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to safety and operational procedures Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay , access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
