This role partners closely with FP&A Managers to support forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting, while working cross-functionally with business leaders and department stakeholders.Key responsibilities include supporting the monthly reporting process by preparing workbooks, coordinating inputs and commentary from business partners, and assisting with the development of presentation materials. The analyst will also help build forecasts, support variance analysis, and contribute to the annual budget and long-range planning processes.This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to ensure timely, accurate financial insights that support business decision-making.Responsibilities:Preparation of weekly and monthly reportsFinancial modeling and report buildingBudgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisAccount analysis and invoice gathering for ad hoc business inquiriesAssist in the preparation of Board of Directors presentationsAd-hoc financial analysis based on the needs of the businessRequirements:Minimum Education: Bachelor's DegreePreferred Education: Bachelor's DegreeMinimum Experience: 1-2 years in a corporate finance or FP&A rolePreferred Experience: Retail IndustryLicenses/Certifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Hyperion PBCS, Oracle or ERP/EPM platforms a plus, Expertise in financial modelingSoft Skills:Ability to communicate effectively with operations partnersCuriosity to understand root causes of business issuesStrong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skillsAbility to proactively identify and analyze business issues and opportunities and recommend future actionsAbility to self-motivateAbility to think strategicallyAbility to meet deadlinesTravel: NoneHours & Conditions: Monday – Friday, 8 hour days in office setting, ability to work from home in approved hybrid schedulePhysical Requirements: Minimal physical effort required; sitting / standing at computer for long periods of time.
