Our team recently invested more than $50 million to grow our brands and continue to serve our loyal consumers with the great quality they have come to expect.Learn more by visiting our consumer products homepage.What You Will DoLead and develop logistics team members through coaching, feedback, capability building, and performance managementDrive a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence throughout logistics operationsOversee inventory management, warehousing, material flow, shipping, receiving, and transportation activitiesPartner with production, maintenance, planning, and commercial teams to optimize product flow and customer serviceMonitor and improve key performance indicators related to inventory accuracy, shipping performance, cost, productivity, and service levelsIdentify and eliminate barriers that impact operational performance through data analysis and root cause analysisLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability, efficiency, quality, and cost reductionEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirementsDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectivesSupport strategic projects and initiatives that create value for the facility and Georgia-PacificWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience leading, coaching, mentoring, or developing employees in a manufacturing, distribution, military, or industrial environmentExperience managing or supporting logistics, warehousing, inventory, transportation, supply chain, or material flow activitiesExperience using data to identify problems, prioritize opportunities, and drive improvementsExperience leading safety initiatives and promoting safe work practicesWhat Will Put You AheadPulp and Paper experience.Experience with SAP, warehouse management systems, or inventory control systemsExperience leading continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologiesExperience conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable corrective actionsBachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related fieldAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
