Company uniforms and power tools Paid time off Medical, Dental, vision and life insurance options 401k with match About the Role Assist the Lead Installer in Installing home remodeling products according to Renuity. Help Setup jobsites per the Lead Installer’s guidelines Help with any cleanup needed to ensure a clean jobsite after the installation is completed. Apply finish work as needed for every construction application. Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments. Complete carpentry job checklist with homeowner at completion Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respects install paperwork with the homeowner, including collecting final payment. What You 'll Bring: Bath Installation, or carpentry experience 6+ months of Remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record. Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members. Physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work in an outside setting for extended periods of time.
