We are currently seeking to hire a Residential HVAC Salesperson to join our team! 

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the residential HVAC department
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residential customers from initial inquiry through project completion
• Support sales efforts by coordinating estimates, following up on leads, closing opportunities, and maintaining pipeline activity
• Work closely with technicians and management to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain organization of job files, documentation, and internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability
• Take full ownership of residential department operations and performance with minimal supervision
• Salary : $40,000 Base + Commission (OTE $60K–$80K+)

General Accountabilities

• Manage calls, schedule, and conduct in-person estimates as needed
• Prepare and provide professional estimates, proposals, and follow-ups
• Coordinate job scheduling with field technicians and track project timelines
• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and internal systems
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of service satisfaction
• Assist in pricing, discounts, and sales strategy implementation
• Track sales performance and support revenue growth initiatives
• Confers with potential customers regarding equipment needs and advises customers on types of equipment to purchase.
• Own and drive residential sales performance, including lead follow-up, conversion, and revenue targets

Job Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC construction, sales, or a similar HVAC role is required
• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC sales coordination, operations, or administrative management is required
• Ability to manage both customer-facing communication and internal operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Must be highly self-sufficient and able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (invoicing, payments, basic job costing preferred)
• Experience with CRM systems (Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, or similar preferred) & Google Workspace
• Knowledge of permitting and residential project coordination is a plus
• This role is best suited for someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and thrives working independently without constant direction.
