Our Early Career Programs are designed to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear pathway to professional success. Whether you are still in school or a recent graduate, we have a place for you to learn and grow.


Areas of Focus We are looking for passionate individuals across three primary areas:

• High School Apprenticeships: Ashley Furniture Industries partners with high schools near the Arcadia, WI and Advance, NC facilities to provide youth apprenticeship opportunities. Students gain hands-on experience in the area of their choice, including automation, fabrication, finance, marketing, and supply chain.

• College Internships: Ashley gives students the work experience they need with hands-on internship programs. By providing students with a career path early on, we help shape and grow high-performing employees – a critical driver for the future of Ashley.

• Advanced Technology Maker Center: The ATMC is designed to provide educational opportunities to continuously improve processes, productivity, and efficiencies across the areas of electronics, manufacturing, automation, and robotics.

• Ashley Ambassador Academy: Ashley’s Ambassador Academy gives our distribution associates a powerful path forward by sponsoring them through CDL training and licensing. It’s an incredible opportunity to grow skills, advance into higher-paying roles, and build a long-term career with us.
