Lube Tech Job Overview:

Responsibilities :

• Perform oil changes including draining motor oil & changing filters

• Inspect and top off fluids

• Assist the customer in selecting oil type and service offerings

• Measure and adjust tire pressure

• Perform tire rotations

• Process payment for services performed.

• Restock and maintain inventory levels on the floor

• Maintain shop, lobby and bathroom cleanliness

Qualifications :

• Customer service background is preferred

• Basic technology experience is required

• Commitment to learning and developing strong knowledge of product and service offerings

• Ambitious and reliable

• Able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit to position yourself safely under cars

• Can walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning

• Willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions

• Alertness and awareness of your surroundings while in the shop area

• Physically able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
