Maintenance Director

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Full Time Maintenance Director to join our healthcare team in a skilled nursing facility. Mon. thru Fri. Rate $60K Job description: Summary Oversees maintenance and physical plant operations to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained facility Key Responsibilities Manage daily maintenance operations and preventive maintenance programs Ensure compliance with CMS, Life Safety Code, OSHA, and state regulations Maintain building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, generators) Conduct routine safety inspections and correct deficiencies Respond to emergency maintenance issues and provide on-call coverage Manage vendors, contractors, supplies, and maintenance records Support emergency preparedness, infection control, and survey readiness Supervision Supervise and train maintenance staff, as applicable Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 3–5 years of maintenance experience; healthcare or long-term care preferred Knowledge of building systems and regulatory compliance Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
