Position Summary As a PM Line Cook, you will play a key role in preparing and executing evening service. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that dishes are consistently prepared and presented to the highest standards, while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Harvest’s recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before service. Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion. Maintain a clean and organized station throughout the shift. Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures. Assist with inventory, prep, and storage tasks as needed. Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team. Support the kitchen team during busy service and contribute to a positive team environment. Qualifications 1+ years of experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen (preferred, but willing to train the right candidate). Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong knife skills and knowledge of basic cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and take direction. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
