This full-time position offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of approximately 65 students as you provide high-quality speech-language pathology services throughout the school week.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Hold a valid Indiana SLP license
Experience working within school settings as a Speech-Language Pathologist preferred
Ability to manage a diverse caseload of high school and middle school students
Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
Commitment to advancing student progress and promoting inclusion
Familiarity with IEP development, therapy documentation, and data-driven intervention planning

Core Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal student outcomes
Participate in team meetings and IEP conferences, contributing professional insight
Maintain accurate records and documentation per school and district guidelines
Support and advocate for students’ growth, fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
