We're looking for a Production Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by maintaining, repairing, and improving production equipment in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience who wants to be part of a team focused on safety, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.What You'll DoPerform preventative maintenance on production equipment and machinery to maximize uptime and reliability.Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated equipment issues.Diagnose equipment failures and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.Install, modify, and improve production equipment and systems.Support equipment changeovers, setups, and process improvements.Partner with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve equipment and process-related issues.Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.Assist with spare parts inventory management and ordering of maintenance supplies.Train and support production personnel on proper equipment operation, maintenance, and cleaning procedures.Maintain a safe, organized work environment while following all safety policies and procedures.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.Mechanical aptitude with experience repairing and maintaining industrial equipment.Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and manuals.Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs.Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment.Valid driver's license.Preferred QualificationsExperience in FDA, cGMP, medical device, pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, or other regulated environments.Welding and machining experience.Experience with equipment installation and process improvement projects.Knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motors, controls, and automated equipment.Why You'll Love This OpportunityCompetitive pay plus shift differentialsStable, growing manufacturing environmentOpportunity to work on a variety of equipment and technologiesCollaborative team cultureOngoing training and career development opportunitiesStrong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvementMake a direct impact on production efficiency and company successWork EnvironmentThis position works within a manufacturing facility that includes cleanroom environments and requires adherence to safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
