RN - Pediatric Cardiac Care Center (PCCC)

Shift Details:

• 12-hour shifts
• Day/Evening/Night rotating shift schedules
• On-Call/Callback required
• Charge duties per unit needs

Position Overview:

• The PCCC provides comprehensive, state-of-the-art diagnosis, medical/surgical treatment, and long-term follow-up care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with all types of acquired and congenital cardiac conditions
• Nursing staff is specially trained to care for patients with the most complex and/or rare congenital cardiac disorders
• This is the only pediatric cardiac care center in Western NY

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Active RN License - New York State only
• Pediatric Cardiac Care experience required
• Telemetry experience required

Required Certifications:

• BLS - American Heart Association only
• PALS - American Heart Association only
• ACLS - American Heart Association only
• NIHSS
