Shape the future of construction management with a premier organization.Job DescriptionProject Executive OverviewLead strategic planning and execution for complex construction projects as a Project Executive.Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational growth and project success.Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards across all operations.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and stakeholders.Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and outcomes.Provide mentorship and leadership to project management teams, fostering professional growth.Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within construction processes.Represent the organization in high-profile industry engagements and events.Project Executive Key Responsibilities & DutiesDirect and oversee all phases of project lifecycle, ensuring successful completion.Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.Lead negotiations with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms.Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders and executives.Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and environmental regulations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project management practices.Project Executive Job RequirementsBachelor of Science (BS) in a relevant field is required.Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management.Preferred 20 years of experience in executive-level roles within the industry.Proven expertise in managing large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects.Strong leadership and communication skills to guide diverse teams effectively.In-depth knowledge of construction safety and regulatory standards.Ability to develop strategic plans and drive organizational growth.Experience in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
