Flex Nurse Educator - Miami, FL

IQVIA seeks a licensed registered nurse to deliver remote and in-field patient education on medication administration and treatment adherence across multiple communication channels. This non-clinical role requires 5+ years of clinical experience, an active RN license, a bachelor's degree, and willingness to travel up to 50% for territory coverage. Candidates must be proficient with virtual platforms, maintain compliance with program guidelines, and support patient-provider communication while upholding company standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote patient education on medication administration and treatment adherence via multiple platforms
• Provide in-person educational support during territory coverage gaps and home visits
• Connect patients with program-approved resources and facilitate provider-patient dialogue
• Maintain documentation, adhere to protocols, and meet KPIs and compliance standards
• Collaborate with District Managers on training, onboarding, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing; multi-state compact preferred
• Bachelor's degree (BSN preferred)
• Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, or biotech
• Proficiency with virtual platforms, MS Office, documentation systems, and iPad technology
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Private designated workspace at home
• Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills

Compensation: $80,000-$85,000 base annually, with bonus eligibility
