Full-Time Urgent Care Physician Location: Anaheim, CA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call Position Type: Direct Hire – Full Time Overview We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Urgent Care Physician to join a well-supported outpatient team in Anaheim, California. This role offers a predictable weekday schedule, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced urgent care environment — without the burden of nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive urgent care services to walk-in patients Perform assessments, diagnostics, and treatment planning Manage acute illnesses, minor injuries, and episodic care needs Document accurately and efficiently within the EMR Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow Maintain compliance with urgent care standards and regulatory guidelines Conduct DOT physicals and complete all required documentation Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in any of the following: NextGen Inpatient Clinicals Clinical Documentation Clinical Pharmacy Valid Department of Transportation Medical Examiner (DOT Medical Examiner) certification Doctorate degree (MD or DO) Active & unrestricted California medical license Strong communication and patient engagement skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Schedule & Work Environment Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM No nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call Consistent patient volume Supportive clinical and administrative team Modern urgent care facility with efficient workflow Ideal Candidate Comfortable in urgent care or fast-paced outpatient settings Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Reliable, professional, and patient-centered Enjoys predictable weekday-only work #J-18808-Ljbffr Purposelink Recruitment
