Black Hawk Avionics Technician

Aerotek Aviation is looking for an experienced (Black Hawk) Avionics Technician to perform maintenance on Army Sikorsky UH-60 helicopters. This Technician will be responsible for performing a full range of repairs, modifications, inspections and servicing of aircraft in accordance with approved methods, techniques and practices and certifies work accomplished. Core Responsibilities: Perform the full range of avionics systems maintenance, repair, modifications, inspections and servicing of aircraft in accordance with approved methods, techniques and practices and certifies work accomplished. Troubleshoot systems and use the Federal Supply System Perform removal and installation of all Avionics systems on UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters. Read and understand manuals and schematics Read and interpret all instruments Use special test equipment and tools Perform full system checkout Absolute Must Haves: Need at least 4 years of H-60 Avionics experience (Any H-60 model variant, i.e. SH-60) Able to obtain Secret Military Clearance Must own personal tools (etched & shadowed) Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
