Role At QPWB, the General Liability Practice Group is composed of seasoned attorneys dedicated to assisting a diverse range of clients. From initial claims handling through mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal, we provide comprehensive legal representation tailored to the unique needs of each client. As an Attorney specializing in General Liability, your responsibilities include: Medical records analysis Drafting initial reports, interim reports, pre‑trial reports, trial and appellate activity Drafting discovery and responding to discovery Drafting and responding to discovery‑related motions Regularly attending court appearances Taking and defending depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses Drafting motions for summary judgment Benefits Excellent benefits, including a competitive 401(k) match, to support your financial well‑being and future planning.
