Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

A federal client of Insight Global is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their team. This team is working in a medical warehouse environment supporting a large government agency. This person will be responsible for understanding the different systems that the customers use, the customer’s unique business problems that need solutions, and then creating a business solution that focuses on condensing the amount of tools or systems that are being used with cost, maintenance and scalability in mind. This person needs the ability to research/understand business problems and create a solution that fits into the budget and schedule needed. IF this person has OCI (Oracle cloud) or experience with the Microsoft Powerplatform then it is a huge plus This team is looking for someone who is coachable on environment specifics and has a good understanding of different warehouse management systems/ERP systems. This person will be expected to communicate with state officials, hospital leadership, and other high-level individuals so this team is looking for someone who is professional and sharp

Compensation:

$27/hr to $32/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of

employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in

the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in a BA role (this is not flex)

• Systems experince with ERP/Inventory based systems

o SAP, Oracle, WMS, etc.

• Understanding of the pros and cons with low code solutions

• Data visualization exp. (large data sets structured or unstructured- professional looking spreadsheet)

o Tableau, Power BI

• Strong excel exp. • Previous gov exp

• Systems experince with ERP/Inventory management-based systems

• Powerplatform (pros and cons with low code solutions)

• Project management Experience

o working with tons of stakeholders- translate business needs to tech requirements, working with lots of customers or users of the products that they are working with
