With a 'One Team' mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met in a kind and sympathetic way, our project technicians assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial jobsites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets up apart from our competitors in the industry.Responsibilities:Perform water extraction, demolition, structural drying, and equipment setupInstall, monitor, and remove drying equipmentManaging customer satisfaction and representing the brandRegular vehicle and equipment maintenance and organizationDocument job progress with photos, moisture readings, and daily notesFollowing all uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity GuideAlways leaving jobsites with a clean and orderly appearanceRepresent the PuroClean brand with professionalism and integrityMaintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standardParticipate in emergency response services as assignedQualifications:1–3 years of water damage restoration experience requiredRestoration industry experience with water mitigation, structural drying, demolition, and equipment setupIICRC certifications are a plus but are not requiredExcellent communication and customer service skills.Willingness for continued learning and growthAttention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipmentAptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating 'the message'Ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrength with multitasking and handling deadlinesAbility to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of timeCompensation: $33,280.00 - $41,600.00 per year"We Build Careers" - Steve White, President and COOWith over 500 locations across North America and Canada, PuroClean is leading the industry in emergency property restoration services, by helping families and businesses overcome the devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions resulting in property damage.
