Final Assembly Supervisor

Job Summary The Production Supervisor provides direct supervision and leadership in the assigned area having overall accountability for all aspects of the operation including but not limited to safety, quality, production, employee development and retention, and facilities and equipment integrity conservation. Responsibilities Provide a safe and clean work environment. Enforce company safety rules and employee guidelines. Direct supervision of employees in the assigned area. Evaluate and coordinate training needs to promote employee development. Coach and guide employees through their development. Apply disciplinary actions according to employee guidelines. Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and documentation. Schedule daily and allocate resources to meet production demands. Resolve day-to-day operation issues effectively. Ensure line objectives are met for safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity. Plan and implement process improvements to maximize yields and throughput. Complete production documentation. Involved in corrective action plans in the assigned area. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 5+ years of manufacturing experience. Must pass drug test and background check.
