Full-time Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Contract Weeks: 13 Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)

Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing

Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

Minimum of 2 years of trauma or operating room acute care experience

Assume responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame.

Provide nursing care through the therapeutic use of self and the nursing process.

Collaborate effectively with other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.

Educate patients and families regarding care plans and procedures.

Adhere to policies and procedures of the hospital.
