You'll partner with Plant Engineering, vendors, and contractors to bring in new equipment, drive continuous improvement through TPM principles, and build a safety-first culture across the department. This role offers the chance to shape equipment strategy, develop future leaders, and make a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of the products we're proud to make.What You'll Do:Lead the Maintenance team's daily operations, preventive maintenance program, and safety practices across bottling, de-palletizing, palletizing, and conveyor systemsSelect new equipment and packaging systems, negotiate pricing and delivery, and plan installations in partnership with Plant Engineering, vendors, and contractorsDevelop and implement TPM strategies and continuous improvement plans to boost line efficiency and reduce changeover timesCoach and develop Maintenance supervisors and operators through performance reviews, training, and individual development plansManage the department's operating budget, critical spare parts inventory, and compliance with OSHA and EPAQualifications/RequirementsRequired:Bachelors DegreeMinimum of 5 years of relevant experiencePrior supervisory experienceStrong planning and organizational skillsPreferred:Degree in Engineering or a related fieldJob Summary# of Openings: 1Category: Manufacturing/Production/WarehouseType: Regular Full-Time
