The Advance Practice Provider (APP), including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. They evaluate, diagnose, monitor, and manage patients using advanced assessment skills in collaboration with supervising physicians. Requirements Post Graduate Degree and licensure as an Advanced Practice Clinician or Physician Assistant Certifications: BLS, ACLS No prior experience required Skills Organizational, verbal, interpersonal, customer relations, mathematical, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in computer applications and medical record charting Mental/Emotional Ability to manage stress, make decisions under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and work independently in confined or crowded areas Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases Prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and exertion up to 50 lbs.
