Director of Finance and Administration - Construction
Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000 + Robust Benefits
Location: Windsor, CO
Position Type: Direct Hire
Hours: M-Th 7:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. & Fri 7:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

How you'll spend your time as a Director of Finance and Administration - Construction :
- Oversee financial reporting, job costing, and cash flow management.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor project profitability and job costing accuracy.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
- Manage banking relationships and cash flow planning.
- Partner with leadership on budgeting and financial planning.
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative staff.
- Manage HR functions, including onboarding and employee records.
- Coordinate benefits administration and support employee relations.
- Support a positive, professional office culture.
Skills & experience we'd like you to have as a Director of Finance and Administration - Construction:
- 5+ years of construction accounting experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience with QuickBooks and job costing/WIP accounting.
- Strong Excel skills and financial analysis ability.
- HR or office management experience a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
