With monthly training classes and hands-on field support from a dedicated manager, you'll have everything you need to succeed from day one.

This is not a commission only role. Most representatives earn $25-$35/hour through a combination of a $17.50 base pay and performance-based bonuses. We offer paid training and uncapped bonus potential. This role is more than knocking on doors. It's where over 40% of our leaders began their careers. Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Approaching potential customers at their door to identify their needs.
• Product Knowledge & Communication: Clearly communicating and explaining our products and services.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
• Customer Service: Providing a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
• Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection while being mindful and self-aware.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation to the office.
