As our Marketing Associate, you'll get your hands on a wide variety of exciting work: Campaign Support – Help plan and execute digital, email, social, and event-based marketing campaigns Content Creation – Contribute to blogs, social posts, case studies, presentations, and videos Social Media Management – Schedule and publish content across platforms Website Updates – Assist with content management and keeping our digital presence fresh Event Coordination – Support trade shows, logistics, and follow-up activities Analytics & Reporting – Track and report on key marketing metrics Cross-Team Collaboration – Work with internal teams to gather insights and fuel campaigns What You Bring Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud Knowledge of data collection methods (surveys, polls, focus groups) Valid driver's license (some travel required) Preferred — You'll Stand Out If You Have: A genuine commitment to building trust-based relationships A customer-first mindset with empathy and respect at the core An entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity for new technology and innovation A relentless drive for professional excellence Work Environment This is an office-based role with a comfortable, collaborative environment. Safety & Compliance This role requires completion of NorthWind Level 1 Safety Training prior to performing approved activities. Training to be completed with onboarding.
