Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and resolve or route inquiries appropriately.
• Manage, log, sort, scan, and redirect incoming mail and email correspondence.
• Upload and maintain leases, amendments, renewal notices, landlord letters, vendor changes, and other documents.
• Ensure correspondence is processed and forwarded within required timeframes.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Key Qualifications

• 1–2 years of call center, customer service, or relevant experience.
• Administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and Oracle preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional phone etiquette.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and adaptability.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
