Tax ManagerLocation: Kansas City, MOHybrid: Flexible schedule; some staff come in 2 - 3 days a weekRole Summary: Looking for a strong Tax Manager with generalist type of backgroundCompensation: Up to 150k base + bonus + full benefitsWe're a privately owned & national player based out of Kansas City, MO with 5+ offices scattered across the United States. Top 50 ranked CPA firm with still family feel & culture to back it up.We've been in business for 60+ years and assist our clients on both the Tax & Audit side.Role Responsibilities:Manage engagements/assignments in a consistently profitable mannerSupervision of client engagement/assignment proceduresDemonstrate technical competence in specialty expertiseProvide valuable feedback, coaching & direction to team membersExpand services to existing clientsQualifications:Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Accounting or TaxationCPA license5+ years of public accounting experienceCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary up to $150kBonus - annual discretionary up to 15%Profit Sharing - this is our contribution to all employees for their retirementMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceGenerous PTOReduced summer hoursHybrid scheduleAnnual company trip - In 2025; all staff members are invited to 2 day stay in Denver.
