About the Role

Join a growing delivery partner program and help expand a network of local businesses across the Florida market. This field-based role combines outside sales, business development, and community outreach. You'll connect with business owners, promote the program, qualify prospective partners, and guide them through onboarding while earning uncapped incentives based on your results.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage local businesses through face-to-face outreach.
• Present the delivery partner opportunity and generate interest among business owners.
• Qualify prospective partners and guide them through the application process.
• Manage leads, pipeline activity, and reporting within Salesforce.
• Support local recruiting events, networking opportunities, and community outreach efforts.
• Build relationships with chambers of commerce, business associations, and referral partners.
• Generate new leads through networking and community engagement.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records within CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of sales, customer service, recruiting, or business development experience.
• Outside sales or field sales experience preferred.
• CRM experience required; Salesforce preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.

• Experience working with small business owners.
• Prior prospecting, lead generation, or sales experience.
• Experience negotiating or influencing business decisions.
• Background in community outreach, networking, or event participation.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.

Location: Pensacola, FL or Tallahassee, FL

Schedule: Field-based role with local travel (3-5 days per week) and remote administrative work as needed

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, meeting business owners face-to-face, and being rewarded for performance.

This is a Contract position based out of Pensacola, FL.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
