Cable Production Operator - 1st & 2nd Shifts ($15/hr)

Job Description

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Cable Production team. This role involves working with small components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has good vision, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and handle small cable components with accuracy and care.
Follow production instructions and quality standards.
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Work efficiently to meet production goals.
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good vision and attention to detail (ability to work with small components).
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Willingness to learn and take direction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Work Schedule

1st shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
2nd shift: 4:00pm to 12:30am, M-F MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN IN 1ST SHIFT 2-3WEEKS
