Job Description
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Cable Production team. This role involves working with small components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate has good vision, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and handle small cable components with accuracy and care.
- Follow production instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality compliance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work efficiently to meet production goals.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good vision and attention to detail (ability to work with small components).
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Work Schedule
- 1st shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
- 2nd shift: 4:00pm to 12:30am, M-F MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN IN 1ST SHIFT 2-3WEEKS
