In This Full- Or Part-Time Student Admissions Advisor - Enrollment Specialist Role You Will:
- Guide prospective students through the admissions journey by presenting programs, answering questions, and enrolling qualified candidates while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards
- Manage inquiry tracking, documentation, and database entries with precision while maintaining consistent communication through phone, email, and text outreach
- Support enrollment forecasting and recruitment efforts by participating in events such as open houses, school visits, and community presentations while fostering a collaborative, student-focused campus environment
Do You Bring These Qualifications?
- A high school diploma
- Face-to-face sales, marketing, or customer service experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- The ability to perform well in a fast-paced setting while showing initiative
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone and in person
Admissions experience, beauty industry experience, and some college coursework are preferred.
