Work with the Team to establish and meet marketing and production goals. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Customer needs-based conversations, focused on identifying gaps in coverage and financial goals to provide solutions. Qualifications Sales experience in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field. Must be able to obtain relevant insurance & financial service licenses. Proven experience working as a financial services representative. Sound knowledge of financial legislation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong mathematical skills. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
