We work on everything from passenger vehicles and diesel pickups to heavy-duty trucks, farm equipment, and fleet vehicles. We're looking for a motivated Service Advisor who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy building relationships with customers, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and create a positive first impression.

• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms.

• Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs in a professional, easy-to-understand manner.

• Schedule appointments and manage workflow throughout the day.

• Keep customers informed with repair updates and completion times.

• Coordinate communication between customers and technicians.

• Review completed repairs, invoices, and maintenance recommendations.

• Maintain accurate repair orders, customer records, and service documentation.

• Help ensure every customer leaves feeling confident they were treated honestly and fairly.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Comfortable using computers and learning shop management software.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritize multiple customers.

• Dependable with strong attention to detail.

• Valid driver's license preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Previous Service Advisor experience.

• Automotive repair knowledge or experience in the automotive industry.

• Experience preparing estimates and work orders.

• Familiarity with customer relationship management or shop management software.

• Ability to explain technical information in a way customers can easily understand.

Compensation & Benefits

• $15.00–$25.00 per hour , based on experience.
