Maintenance Technician

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of a property. They perform various tasks including minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and ensuring all equipment and systems are in good working order. Must be willing to crawl, stoop, and bend for extended amounts of time. Spend regular amount of time in the sun and elements. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
