Senior Project Manager - Industrial Construction

The Boldt Company

Senior Project Manager

The Boldt Company, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group

Location: Minneapolis, MN | Regional project travel

At Boldt, we build more than complex projects, and we build strong relationships, great teams, and lasting impact.

Boldt is looking for a relationship-focused Senior Project Manager to help grow our industrial construction presence in the Twin Cities. This role is designed for an experienced construction leader who understands process-driven industrial work, self-perform execution, and the urgency of operating around manufacturing processes, equipment, outages, and owner schedules.

You will lead a large project team or support multiple project teams, own customer relationships, oversee project planning and financial performance, mentor developing project managers, and contribute during preconstruction and strategic pursuits. This is an opportunity to build more than a project. You will help shape a sustainable industrial operation in the Minneapolis market and position yourself for continued leadership growth.

If you're an experienced construction professional looking to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply and start a conversation with us.

You won't just contribute to projects that matter; you'll grow alongside people who are investing in your success.

What You Bring

  • 10 or more years of construction experience, including direct experience with process-driven industrial work.
  • Experience leading industrial projects in markets such as pulp and paper, power generation, oil refining, mining, manufacturing, or comparable process environments.
  • Experience working for a general contractor with self-perform capabilities and a strong understanding of detailed estimating, field execution, and collaboration with trade partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage project financials, plan work, and maintain strong owner relationships.
  • Working knowledge of construction scheduling principles and the ability to facilitate detailed scheduling conversations. Direct schedule production is not required.
  • Ability and willingness to support Boldt's full regional geography when project needs require travel.
  • A relationship-driven leadership style with the ability to teach, mentor, and develop less-experienced team members.

Nice to Have

  • Established customer, trade partner, or industry relationships in the Minneapolis and Twin Cities industrial construction market.
  • Experience leading strategic pursuits and carrying a project from preconstruction through execution.
  • Experience supporting several project teams or projects at different stages of development and delivery.
  • Interest in helping build a growing market and advancing into broader project executive leadership.
