Join a healthcare team and help provide outstanding support to patients and pharmacy customers! We are seeking a Call Center Pharmacy Technician with strong customer service skills to assist with mail-order pharmacy operations and patient support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming patient and customer calls, ensuring first-call resolution whenever possible
• Process prescription refill requests and track mail-order pharmacy orders
• Coordinate with pharmacy staff to ensure accurate and timely service
• Maintain accurate patient information and documentation
• Provide support and guidance to patients regarding pharmacy services
• Participate in team meetings and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of employment
• Previous customer service, administrative, or call center experience required
• Pharmacy, insurance, billing, or patient services experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and computer skills
