You will provide individual and small-group counseling for students with a range of social, emotional, and behavioral needs and may facilitate short-term targeted interventions to build coping skills, problem-solving, and resilience. You will engage in crisis response when needed, contributing to risk assessments, safety planning, and coordination with school teams and community partners. The district utilizes ECATS, and you will use this system for documentation, data tracking, and special education case management. Familiarity with ECATS or similar platforms will help you quickly integrate into the team. The environment is collaborative, with opportunities to learn from other school psychologists, counselors, and special education staff while sharing your own expertise and best practices.Your schedule is based on a 37.5-hour workweek with 7.5-hour days, aligning with the traditional school day.
