Job Title: Production Lead
Location: Cold Spring, MN
Compensation: $23.00-$24.50 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Night shift | Rotating 2-2-3 schedule | 5:45pm-6:00am

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Lead workers for a production company in Cold Spring, MN. In this role, you'll lead temporary employees, support training, monitor production processes, and help the team meet quality and productivity goals. • Lead and train temporary employees while communicating effectively with team members
• Monitor production activities to ensure product specifications, quality standards, and productivity goals are met
• Troubleshoot equipment and processes to help minimize downtime and maintain peak efficiency
• Perform required product and process testing and assist with production documentation and daily reporting
• Monitor assigned inventory and communicate replenishment needs to the warehouse
• Maintain proper sanitation and track chemicals and concentrations used in the assigned area
• Follow company safety requirements and GMPs while supporting continuous process improvements

What You Need to Bring to the Production Lead Role:

• 2-3 years of experience in a high-speed production environment preferred, but not required
• Previous lead or management experience preferred
• Ability to effectively direct, train, and lead employees
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues
• Ability to stand for extended periods on hard surfaces and regularly bend and stoop
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work around noise, dust, production chemicals, and varying temperatures and communicate effectively with employees, vendors, customers, and visitors
