What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to oncology patients with complex needs
• Monitor patient vital signs and manage telemetry systems using GE monitors and other equipment
• Administer medications, including chemotherapy, blood products, and IV therapies
• Manage central lines, PICC lines, and peripheral IVs
• Assist with invasive procedures such as chest tubes, arterial lines, and trach care
• Titrate cardiac and drips, interpret ABGs, and respond to rapid response calls
• Support infection prevention protocols and patient safety initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Ohio RN License (or eligible)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-acuity PCU or oncology units
• Strong knowledge of dysrhythmia interpretation and IV medication management
• Ability to float within units of similar or lower acuity levels
• Experience with telemetry equipment and rapid response teams
• Excellent clinical skills in complex patient care

Preferred but not required:

• Experience with chemotherapy administration and management
• Skilled in wound care, arterial line management, or invasive airway management
• Prior travel nursing experience a plus
